You agree to pay us in accordance with our price schedule.
We reserve the right to change our pricing and pricing policy at any time by posting new pricing terms to the ROITrak website.
We reserve the right to periodically review your usage levels and adjust your billing according to our usage based pricing posted on the ROITrak website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of a billing period.
Unless otherwise agreed to by Elephant Ventures in writing, you shall pay all applicable Account Charges in advance by a valid credit card acceptable to Elephant Ventures.
You expressly authorize Elephant Ventures to charge your credit card for any and all applicable Account Charges associated with your account hereunder.
If for any reason any Account Charges remain unpaid after they are due, such Account Charges shall bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) annually or the highest rate permitted by law, from the date due until paid in full, plus any applicable collection charges or fees.
You must submit any claims or disputes you may have with respect to any Account Charges to your account in writing to Elephant Ventures within sixty (60) days of such charge otherwise you waive and release such claim or dispute and such charge will be final and not subject to challenge by you.
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts for failure to pay. Any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable upon termination of this agreement for any reason.
ROITrak shall not be used to track statistics for unsolicited commercial email (UCE or spam). All accounts used for such a purpose will be immediately cancelled and charged a minimum $100 fee plus $100 per hour for handling complaints against the account holder.
